Stacey Lloyd is the Founder of 3-2-1 Chute!™ and CEO of SchoolRock, Inc. She teaches classes in Napa, Sonoma and surrounding areas. Lloyd is the mother of a preschooler and teenager, and resides in the San Francisco Bay area.

Cancellation & Refund Policy 

To cancel a class, please contact me at Stacey(at)SchoolRockInc.com. A class may be cancelled if sufficient enrollment is not achieved. If a class is cancelled, registrants will be notified and will receive a full refund of the paid amount. Classes may be cancelled up until the day of the first class session. If a registrant withdrawals five (5) business days or more from the first day of the class, a $20 fee will be assessed against the refund. No refund will be given for withdrawals less than five (5) business days of the first day of the class. Missed class sessions will not result in a pro-ration of the total fee.

Wait List

Once a class is full, we will continue to take registrations and place you on a wait list. You will be notified immediately via email if you are on the wait list and will have the option at that time to cancel and get a refund, or stay on the wait list. Anyone on the wait list who does not attend the class, will be refunded the day after the first class session begins. If a slot opens in the class, you will be notified via email.
