About 3-2-1 Chute!™
3-2-1 Chute!™ is a program comprised of an emerging group of educators passionately committed to providing a positive, educational and fun environment for children ages 2 to 7 to learn mathematics. Through age-appropriate parachute games and activities, 3-2-1 Chute!™ effectively gives children an academic advantage over other children who have not had sufficient math education, or math tutoring.
Our Mission
The 3-2-1 Chute!™ mission is to bring children together for a fun and educational experience for the purpose of teaching young children number recognition and sequencing, counting, and number patterns. Additionally, our mission is to help older children learn new mathematic concepts, such as addition, subtraction, odd/even, greater than/less than, and fractions. We strive to help children build their math skills and become confident with solving mathematical problems. It is our goal to provide a stress-free environment where children can learn math through age-appropriate parachute games and activities.
About the Creator and Owner
3-2-1 Chute!™ was created by a parent just like you -- a mom who wanted to help her child develop superb math skills and get a good start in school. To prepare herself and her son for kindergarten, Stacey Lloyd, creator of 3-2-1 Chute!™, read studies about mathematical deficiencies in school-age children and stories of personal struggles with math that many children face throughout their school years. In an effort to help parents and their children build proficiency in math and avoid these lifelong struggles, Lloyd developed 3-2-1 Chute!™. It is her hope that toddlers and preschoolers will get a head start on kindergarten, and older children will improve their math skills from attending 3-2-1 Chute!™ classes.
3-2-1 Chute!™ was created as an addition to the PreschoolRock.com network, the first and largest network on the Internet dedicated to parents and teachers of preschoolers. Founded by Stacey Lloyd in 2006, PreschoolRock.com quickly grew to over thirty websites, including twelve local websites nationwide. PreschoolRock.com provides parents and teachers of preschoolers crafts, activities, games, projects, parenting and nutrition information and much more. The mission of PreschoolRock.com is to help parents turn otherwise mundane moments into quality time with their children.
